Der Lufthansa Limousinen Service in Frankfurt steht grundsätzlich nur Reisenden mit einem Lufthansa oder Swiss First Class Ticket sowie Miles & More HON Circle Membern zur Verfügung. Mitreisende Ehepartner, Lebenspartner und Kinder unter 18 Jahren sind ebenfalls berechtigt, sofern sie über ein Ticket für denselben Hin- und Rückflug wie die einladende Person verfügen. Darüber hinaus ist entscheidend, wo das Flugzeug steht (Gate oder Vorfeld) und ob man abfliegt oder ankommt. Je nach Auslastung und Anzahl der First Class Passagiere kann es dabei sein, dass man sich ein Fahrzeug mit einem anderen Passagier teilt.
Abflug in Frankfurt
Wer sicherstellen möchte in der Lufthansa Limousine zum Flugzeug gefahren zu werden, sollte seine Reise im Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt beginnen. Denn aufgrund der Lage des First Class Terminals neben den Hauptterminals wird man als First Class Passagier bzw. HON in jedem Fall vom Lufthansa First Class Limousinen Service zum Flugzeug gefahren. Passagiere, die sich in der First Class Lounge in Flugsteig B aufhalten, müssen dagegen darauf setzen, dass ihr Flug von einer Vorfeldposition oder Flugsteig Z oder C startet. Weiterhin muss es sich um einen Flug in Non-Schengen- und Non-EU-Länder handeln.

Ankunft in Frankfurt
Etwas komplizierter wird es, wenn man am Flughafen Frankfurt landet. Landet man als First Class Passagier oder ist man Business oder Economy Class Passagier mit anschließendem Weiterflug in der First Class, kann man den Lufthansa Chauffeur Service nur dann nutzen, wenn das Flugzeug nicht am Gate, sondern auf einer Vorfeldposition parkt. Und auch dann ist es aufgrund von Sicherheitsbestimmungen nicht möglich sich direkt zum Lufthansa First Class Terminal oder den First Class Lounges fahren zu lassen. Stattdessen wird man zur Busankunft gebracht. Am besten lässt man sich an der dem First Class Terminal am nächsten liegenden Ecke von Terminal 1 absetzen. Der Fußweg zum FCT ist dann nicht mehr weit.
“Als First Class Gast werden Sie bei interkontinentalen Ankünften auf einer Vorfeldposition mit einem persönlichen Minivan oder einer Limousine abgeholt und zur Busankunft im Terminal 1 gebracht. Gleiches gilt für innereuropäische Fluggäste, die auf einer Vorfeldposition ankommen und am selben Tag in der Lufthansa First Class weiterreisen. Ein direkter Transfer zu anderen Zielen, z. Zu guter Letzt kann der Chauffeur Service dann genutzt werden, wenn aufgrund einer Flugverspätung das Erreichen eines Anschlussfluges in Gefahr ist.

Lufthansa First Class Limousinen Service – Unsere Eindrücke
Wir durften den Lufthansa First Class Limousinen Service bereits mehrfach nutzen. Im Folgenden ein paar unserer Eindrücke aus verschiedenen Jahren.
First Class Flug von Frankfurt nach Mexico-City (Markus und Lisa, 2022)
Auf unserem Flug nach Mexico-City waren insgesamt sechs Fluggäste in der First Class gebucht. Aufgrund der Pandemie wurden deshalb drei verschiedene Fahrzeuge für die sechs Passagiere eingesetzt, ein VW Minivan und zwei Porsche Panamera.
Zusammen mit der aufmerksamen Lufthansa Mitarbeiterin, die für uns zuständig war, fuhren wir als letzte Gruppe mit dem Fahrstuhl in das untere Stockwerk des First Class Terminals. Dort befindet sich eine kleine Passkontrolle sowie ein kleines Gate, an dem die Bordkarten gescannt werden. Hinter diesem Gate stehen die Fahrzeuge schon bereit. Die Fahrerinnen und Fahrer warteten bereits auf uns und nach der Passkontrolle und dem Scan der Bordkarte wurden wir zum Auto geleitet, was in unserem Fall einer der beiden Porsche Panamera war. Während ich einen Blick auf die bereitstehenden Fahrzeuge warf, kümmerte sich unsere Fahrerin um das Gepäck und öffnete für Lisa bereits die Tür.
Die Boeing 747-8 war an einem B-Gate geparkt, weshalb wir unterhalb des Terminalgebäudes Bereich A passierten, um zu unserer Parkposition zu gelangen. Wenn man dann dieses „Tunnelsystem“ unter dem Terminal verlässt und auf das Rollfeld gelangt, hat man einen exklusiven Blick auf die vielen Flugzeuge, die an den Gates stehen.
Unsere Fahrerin schmunzelte darüber, dass ich unsere Maschine gleich anhand ihres Namens und des Kennzeichens identifizieren konnte. An der Parkposition angekommen, wurde unser Handgepäck ausgeladen und wir wurden über einen Fahrstuhl in die Fluggastbrücke gebracht. Unsere Fahrerin amüsierte sich noch etwas über meine offensichtliche Begeisterung, wünschte uns eine gute Reise und verabschiedete sich an der Flugzeugtür.
First Class Flug von Frankfurt nach Dubai mit Zubringer aus Hannover (Mark, 2017)
Ich hatte im Jahr 2017 gleich zweimal das Glück den Lufthansa Limousinen Service nutzen zu dürfen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt flog Lufthansa noch mit einer First Class Kabine nach Dubai – ein Flug, den ich aufgrund der sehr niedrigen Preise (KrisFlyer Sweetspot) gleich zweimal wahrnahm. Bei meinem zweiten Flug kam mein Zubringer Flug aus Hannover und ich hatte das Glück, dass der Flieger auf einer Vorfeldposition statt am Gate parkte. Was normalerweise ärgerlich ist, wird für Passagiere mit Anschlussflug in der First Class zur Freude, denn man wird mit der Lufthansa Limousine direkt vom Flugzeug abgeholt. Bei meiner Ankunft stand ein Porsche Cayenne direkt vor dem Flieger.
Wie bereits erwähnt, kann der Lufthansa Chauffeur Service Passagiere nicht direkt zum Lufthansa First Class Terminal fahren. Auf Nachfrage hat mich der Fahrer dann in der Ecke des Terminal 1 abgesetzt, die dem Lufthansa First Class Terminal am nächsten ist. Von dort läuft man dann noch wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der kurze Fußweg lohnte sich. Im First Class Terminal braucht man nicht einmal auf die Uhr schauen, denn als das Boarding für meinen Flug begann, wurde ich von meinem persönlichen Assistenten abgeholt und begab mich über Fahrstuhl oder Treppe in das untere Stockwerk des First Class Terminals. Hier erhielt ich von einem Grenzbeamten zunächst noch schnell den Reisepass zurück und war zum Einsteigen ins Fahrzeug bereit.
Vor der Tür befand sich ein kleiner Fuhrpark, bestehend aus Mercedes S-Klasse und Porsche Cayenne. Der Fahrer lud kurz das Gepäck ein und schon konnte es losgehen. Bei meinen beiden Flügen wurde ich in einem Fall mit zwei weiteren Passagieren in einem Minivan befördert und das andere Mal in einer S-Klasse – auch hier war noch ein weiterer Passagier dabei.
Das Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt ist ein alleinstehendes Gebäude, welches sich im Zufahrtsbereich unmittelbar vor Terminal 1 befindet. Um die Gateposition des Flugzeugs zu erreichen fuhren wir also zunächst quasi unter Terminal 1 hindurch um auf das Rollfeld zu gelangen. Einmal unterwegs hat man links und rechts den besten Blick auf die parkenden Flugzeuge.
Als wir die Parkposition des Flugzeugs erreichten, wurde fix mein Gepäck ausgeladen. Über einen Fahrstuhl ging es dann hoch in die Fluggastbrücke. Die Lufthansa Mitarbeiter stellte dabei sicher, dass alles ohne Unterbrechungen und Komplikationen abläuft, so dass ich ohne noch weiter warten zu müssen, das Flugzeug betreten konnte. Es lief alles rund, und ich war wenige Minuten nach Abfahrt an Bord und hielt auch schon den ersten Champagner in der Hand.

Wer seine Reise vor der Fahrt im Lufthansa First Class Terminal Frankfurt beginnt, dem bietet Lufthansa den vermutlich besten Service den man als First Class Passagier am Boden schon erleben kann. Alles in allem ist es einfach faszinierend, wie reibungslos und rund das Boarding ablaufen kann. Der Hektik am Gate entgehen zu können, macht den Beginn eines Fluges deutlich angenehmer.
